Function
You will be fully responsible for :
- Overseeing and managing bookkeeping tasks, ensuring financial and accounting procedures are executed accurately and efficiently.
- Maintaining comprehensive financial records, enforcing accounting controls, and managing general ledger accounts, ensuring adherence to relevant legal regulations.
- Managing and monitoring accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Collaborating with external accountants for account closures, VAT filings, and tax report submissions.
- Assisting in preparing financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Maintaining and updating financial data within accounting and finance systems.
- Supporting financial monitoring, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Contributing to improving and implementing financial and accounting processes and systems.
Profile
- You hold a Bachelor’s degree in accounting and/or finance.
- You have between 1 and 4 years of experience in accounting.
- You have an excellent grasp of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices.
- You are proficient in Sage OR WinBook OR Bob and MS Office.
- You are analytical and can work off your own initiative.
- You take ownership, ensuring you always meet deadlines.
- You value high-quality work and hence pay attention to detail.
- Experience with Sage 100 is a plus.
Language
- Excellent written and spoken French and English.
