Function

You will have the opportunity to participate in many projects that support your department’s strategic needs. Your days will include a range of tasks depending on the ongoing priorities, allowing you to :

  • Assist in designing, coding, testing, and debugging web or mobile applications.
  • Assist in gathering requirements from various stakeholders
  • Participate in Project developing internal systems, websites, or portals.
  • Collaborate with different Senior developers for feature updates and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure that requirements are correctly translated to technical solutions.
  • Support other department on their IT requirements such as Helpdesk.
  • Assist in API integration and IOT testing.
  • Participate in UI/UX improvements of different application such as Portal.
  • Help writing technical documentation, user guides, system processes.
  • Provide technical support to our onboarding Partners and potential new Clients.
  • Research and suggest innovative solutions for digital improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with IT security and data privacy policies.

Profile

  • A current BA/BSc or MA/MSc student able to sign a University/Haute Ecole internship agreement with EMVO
  • A student currently enrolled as an IT /Business Engineering/ Computer Science / Software Engineering student.
  • Basic knowledge in programming languages such as:
    • HTML, CSS, JavaScript
    • PHP, Python, Java
    • SQL or database management
  • Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • A positive attitude with a attention to details and problem-solving mindset;
  • Willingness to learn new technologies
  • The ability to prioritise, work independently and accurately on tasks;
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Creative and innovative mindset
  • Proficiency with MS Office;

Language

- Good English knowledge written and verbal is very important as English is EMVO's work language.

What we offer:
